About
I am an Austin, TX based, therapeutic yoga teacher with a deep passion for guiding others toward nervous system regulation, mobility, and mind-body connection. With a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and extensive trainings in trauma-informed therapeutic yoga, like the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method; I specialize in working with individuals in clinical settings, including eating disorder treatment centers and substance abuse rehabilitation programs and individually, in my private practice. Additionally, I flourish in teaching children, bringing developmentally appropriate breathwork, movement, and chakra exploration to young minds at a Montessori preschool & with private clients. Beyond yoga, I am a Reiki Master, practicing since 2019 with a somatic approach that enhances energetic healing. I particularly enjoy working with children, as they are naturally attuned to energy, and I am currently organizing a Reiki 1 certification training to share this powerful modality with others. I also bring a therapeutic and intuitive lens to Tarot reading, which I have practiced for over a decade. I view Tarot as an empowering tool to connect with spirit guides, ancestors, and universal messages, offering clarity and insight in a meaningful way. My background also includes a certification in substance abuse counseling, which informs my work with mental health, codependence, and shadow themes that arise in all our lives. Additionally, my decade-long experience in event coordination—ranging from floral design to vendor and social media management—has fueled my dream of leading retreats. I successfully led a yoga safari in Malawi and am currently organizing a yoga retreat in Zanzibar. I also have a love for personal style and secondhand fashion, incorporating astrology ("Astrostyle") and Allison Bornstein's three-word method to help individuals express themselves authentically. At my core, my mission is to provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals to regulate their nervous systems, cultivate self-awareness, and feel empowered in their journey. In my downtime, I enjoy traveling, hiking, seeing live music, and thrifting with my amazing husband and extraordinary teenager. I am a lifelong learner, always evolving and growing into alignment with my highest self—just as I hope to inspire in those I work with. I work with people of all ages and everyone is welcome in my practice.Business Hours
